A presente invenção refere-se a formas cristalinas de N-(3-(2-(2-hidroxietoxi)-6-morfolinopiridin-4-il)-4-metilfenil)-2-(trifluorometil) isonicotinamida e a processos para sua preparação. Adicionalmente, a invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica que compreende as ditas formas cristalinas de N-(3-(2-(2-hidroxietoxi)-6-morfolinopiridin-4-il)-4-metilfenil)-2-(trifluorometil)isonicotinamida e pelo menos um excipiente farmaceuticamente aceitável. A composição farmacêutica da presente invenção pode ser usada como um medicamento, em particular para o tratamento de cânceres.
