Abstract
FILME COMESTÍVEL.A presente invenção fornece filmes de invólucro de alimento comestível, um método para produzir os ditos filmes de invólucro de alimento comestíveis, composições para formar os ditos filmes de invólucro de alimento comestíveis e o uso dos ditos filmes de invólucro de alimento comestíveis, por exemplo, como um invólucro de salsicha, em que os invólucros de alimento são resistentes a água quente e sal de sódio, estáveis a altas temperaturas, pode ser facilmente vincados e estão prontos para serem enchidos com alimentos, especialmente por produtos de carne, queijo ou peixe, mas também com alimentos veganos ou vegetarianos.
