Abstract
DETECÇÃO AUTOMATIZADA DE LIMITES EM DADOS DE ESPECTROMETRIA DE MASSA. Um sistema e método para detecção automatizada da presença ou ausência de uma quantidade com base em intensidades expressas em termos de, ou derivadas de, dados dependentes de frequência ou tempo. De acordo com um exemplo, intensidades de espectrometria de massa são identificadas usando um modelo matemático não linear, tal como uma rede neural artificial treinada para encontrar picos de início e parada de uma intensidade, a partir dos quais uma abundância pode ser determinada.
