PROCESSO PARA PREVENÇÃO DA DEGRADAÇÃO E DA DEGENERAÇÃO DE TECIDOS USADOS EM BIOPRÓTESE.É divulgado um processo de tratamento para evitar a degradação enzimática e degeneração tecidual de tecido do pericárdio bovino, usado para fabricação de bioprótese para aplicação de implante, compreendendo as etapas de coleta e colheita de tecido bruto de pericárdio bovino; reticulação química do tecido rinsado para gerar tecido fixo; corte a laser do referido tecido fixo para produzir folheto de tecido; tratamento químico do referido folheto de tecido com AAS; esterilização química e armazenamento do tecido do pericárdio bovino fixo para manter a integridade e as características estruturais; e em que todas as etapas acima são realizadas em um ambiente com baixo teor de oxigênio e temperatura controlada.
