Abstract
CÁPSULAS E REVESTIMENTO DE CÁPSULA PARA FORMAS DE DOSAGEM DE RESIDÊNCIA GÁSTRICA.A presente invenção refere-se a formas de dosagem de residência gástrica compreendendo: um sistema de residência gástrica em uma configuração dobrada; uma cápsula encapsulando o sistema de residência gástrica em uma configuração dobrada; e um revestimento na cápsula, em que a forma de dosagem de residência gástrica é configurada para liberar o sistema de residência gástrica em um estômago de um paciente, permitindo que o sistema de residência gástrica assuma uma configuração aberta. O revestimento da cápsula inclui um polímero, um agente antiaderência e/ou um auxiliar de hidratação.
