A presente invenção fornece um agente terapêutico para aneurisma aórtico, em que o agente terapêutico tem, como ingredientes ativos: (-)-6-[3-[3-ciclopropil-3-[(1R,2R)-2-hidroxi-ciclo-hexil]ureido]propoxi]-2(1H)-quinolinona ou um sal da mesma, ou um solvato dos mesmos; e uma estatina.
