Abstract
DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA APLICAR UM MEDICAMENTO INGERÍVEL NO TRATO GASTROINTESTINAL DE UM USUÁRIO.Dispositivos e métodos para distribuição de um medicamento ingerível de um comprimido de medicamento no trato gastrointestinal de um usuário. Um dispositivo de acordo com a invenção inclui uma cápsula vibratória ingerível e um invólucro do compartimento oco de medicamento. A cápsula vibratória inclui um invólucro, um mecanismo de agitação vibratória disposto dentro do invólucro, uma fonte de alimentação e um elemento de controle. O invólucro do compartimento oco de medicamento está associado ao invólucro da cápsula e inclui pelo menos uma abertura. A cavidade do invólucro do compartimento do medicamento é configurada para ter o comprimido de medicamento disposto nela. As aberturas são dimensionadas para permitir a comunicação de fluido entre o ambiente circundante e a cavidade.
