Abstract
MÉTODOS E COMPOSIÇÕES PARA SELECIONAR E/OU PREVER PLANTAS DE ALGODÃO RESISTENTES À RESISTÊNCIA AO FUSARIUM RACE-4 EM ALGODÃO. A presente invenção trata de métodos e composições para identificar plantas de algodão que têm um traço de resistência ao Fusarium wilt Race 4. Algumas modalidades se referem aos marcadores moleculares para identificar, selecionar e/ou construir plantas e germoplasma resistentes ao Fusarium wilt Race 4, ou para identificar e contrasselecionar plantas relativamente suscetíveis. Essa revelação também se refere a plantas de algodão que compreendem um traço de resistência ao Fusarium wilt Race 4 que é gerado através de métodos que utilizam pelo menos um marcador descrito no presente documento.
