Abstract

ADITIVO ALIMENTÍCIO GRANULAR. A presente invenção refere-se a um aditivo alimentício granular em que a higroscopicidade e um fenômeno de aglomeração podem ser reduzidos, sendo que o aditivo alimentício granular compreende: um aminoácido básico; e um ânion representado pela fórmula química 1, em que a razão molar do ânion para o aminoácido básico está acima de 0,1 e é equivalente ou está abaixo de 0,52.
