Abstract
BARRA ALIMENTAR PARA SIMULAÇÃO DE JEJUM INTERMITENTE.Uma barra alimentar a ser usada para uma refeição que simula jejum intermitente inclui qualquer combinação de nozes de macadâmia; mel; nozes-pecã; amêndoas; manteiga de amêndoa; coco; inulina; sementes de linhaça; óleo de coco; derivados de cacau; e farinha de coco. Caracteristicamente, a barra alimentar de 40% ou mais gordura provê de 100 a 300 kcal, dos quais 40% de kcal são provenientes de gorduras e 10 a 30% de kcal são provenientes de carboidratos com menos de 10 gramas de proteína.
