Abstract
MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE UMA CULTURA DE SUSPENSÃO DE CÉLULA DE PLANTA PARA ISOLAMENTO DE PROTOPLASTOS, CULTURA DE SUSPENSÃO DE CÉLULA DE PLANTA, PROTOPLASTO, MÉTODO DE OBTENÇÃO DE UM PROTOPLASTO DE UMA PLANTA E CULTURA DE SUSPENSÃO DE CÉLULA DE SOJA DERIVADA DE FOLHA. A presente descrição revela novos métodos para a preparação de culturas de suspensão de células de planta derivadas de folhas. As culturas de suspensão de células produzidas pelos métodos proporcionam uma fonte renovável e eficiente de protoplastos para transformação de alto rendimento e outros usos. Os requerentes descobriram surpreendentemente que os protoplastos podem ser obtidos a partir das culturas de suspensão de células com enzimas de degradação de parede celular baratas e que os protoplastos proporcionam eficiências de transformação aumentadas em relação aos protoplastos de outras fontes.
