Abstract
DERIVADOS DE 5-AZAINDAZOL COMO ANTAGONISTAS RECEPTORES DE ADENOSINA. A presente invenção refere-se a derivados de 5-azaindazol de fórmula (I), conforme descrito e definido no presente documento, e sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, solvatos e profármaco do mesmo, assim como composições farmacêuticas compreendendo os referidos compostos. Verificou-se que os derivados de 5 azaindazol de acordo com a invenção são antagonistas duais do receptor de A2A/A2B altamente eficazes, e assim podem ser usados como agentes terapêuticos, particularmente no tratamento ou prevenção de doenças ou distúrbios hiperproliferativos ou infecciosos.
