Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE PARES DE RECEPTOR DE ANTÍGENO ATIVADOR (aCAR)/RECEPTOR DE ANTÍGENO QUIMÉRICO INIBITÓRIO (iCAR) PARA USO EM TERAPIAS DE CÂNCERA. Presente invenção fornece um método para identificar um par alvo compreendendo i) um receptor de antígeno quimérico inibitório (iCAR) ou um receptor de antígeno quimérico protetor (pCAR) capaz de prevenir ou atenuar a ativação indesejada de uma célula imune efetora, em que o alvo iCAR ou pCAR é direcionado a um epítopo polimórfico extracelular alvo e ii) um receptor de antígeno quimérico ativador (aCAR), em que o aCAR é direcionado a um epítopo de superfície celular não polimórfico alvo de uma proteína, bem como métodos de produção e uso de tais pares no tratamento do câncer.
