Abstract
MÉTODO E SISTEMA DE REMOÇÃO DE ÁGUA. A presente invenção refere-se a método para remoção de água (desidratar) de rejeitos e sistemas para realizar os mesmos. Em certos aspectos, a invenção se refere a métodos de produção de um resíduo de rejeito desidratado ou um resíduo de rejeito empilhável, compreendendo submeter rejeitos a separação hidrociclônica para produzir um ou mais subfluxos parcialmente desidratados e um transbordamento final rico em água; separar o transbordamento final rico em água, por centrifugação, em um fluxo de água recuperado e um resíduo de baixo teor de água; e misturar o resíduo de baixo teor de água e pelo menos parte de um ou mais subfluxos parcialmente desidratados para produzir um resíduo de rejeito desidratado ou um resíduo de rejeito empilhável.
