Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES FOTOPROTETORAS CONTENDO COMPOSTOS DERIVADOS DE MALASSEZIA E/OU ANÁLOGOS QUÍMICOS DOS MESMOS. A presente invenção refere-se a compostos, composições e métodos para modular pigmentação da pele e tratamento ou prevenção do dano à pele induzido por UV, eritema, envelhecimento da pele, queimadura solar e hiperpigmentação em um indivíduo. Os compostos, composições e métodos da presente invenção geralmente envolvem compostos derivados de Malassezia, incluindo malassezina e indirubina, e/ou análogos químicos dos mesmos. Outras aplicações dos compostos e composições revelados aqui incluem, mas não são limitadas a, melhorar a hiperpigmentação causada por um distúrbio de hiperpigmentação, induzir apoptose de melanócitos, e modular atividade de receptor de aril hidrocarboneto (AhR), melanogênese, produção de melanina, biogênese do melanossoma, transferência do melanossoma, atividade de melanócitos e concentração de melanina.
