Uma composição de enchimento intumescente inclui quantidade particular de um elastômero de poliolefina, um plastificante hidrofóbico, um coplastificante tendo um valor de equilíbrio hidrofílico-lipofílico maior ou igual a 6, um material absorvente orgânico e, opcionalmente, um material absorvente inorgânico. A composição de enchimento intumescente pode ser útil para sistemas de grama artificial.
