SUPORTE DE PEPTÍDEO DE AUTOMONTAGEM.A presente divulgação descreve um suporte de peptídeo para a produção de vacinas. O suporte de peptídeo inclui um peptídeo que se automonta em um carreador de hapteno (hC), incluindo alfa-hélices anfipáticas. O peptídeo inclui repetições de heptad seguindo um padrão específico. O hC inclui ainda hapteno ou um agente conjugado a ele e, opcionalmente, o hC inclui um ou mais epítopos de células T no terminal N e/ou C de uma ou mais alfa-hélices anfipáticas. A presente divulgação também descreve composições incluindo composições imunogênicas incluindo o conjugado de hapteno-hC ou agente-hC.
