Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO E PROCEDIMENTO PARA AUMENTAR O TEOR GLUCOSINOLATOS EM PLANTAS ADULTAS DO GÊNERO BRASSICA. A presente invenção se refere a uma composição compreendendo jasmonato de metila e um poliéter polissiloxano para aumentar o teor de glucosinolatos em plantas adultas do gênero Brassica, por exemplo, brócolis. Por meio da aplicação foliar da composição em plantas adultas com cutícula desenvolvida, consegue-se um aumento significativo nas concentrações de glucosinolatos (principalmente glucorafanina e neoglucobrassicina) na flor das plantas, sem degradar as propriedades organolépticas das mesmas.
