Abstract

São divulgados sistemas e métodos para realizar análise histopatológica quantitativa para determinar a potência do tecido. De acordo com algumas modalidades, um método para treinar um classificador de tecido é fornecido. De acordo com o método, treinar o classificador de tecido inclui gerar impressões digitais de recursos de núcleos detectados dentro de imagens de lâminas em uma biblioteca de controle e agregar as imagens de lâminas com base em suas impressões digitais de recursos correspondentes. De acordo com algumas modalidades, um método para utilizar o classificador de tecido treinado é fornecido. De acordo com o método, o classificador de tecido treinado determina se o tecido em uma imagem de lâmina desconhecida corresponde a imagens de lâmina agregadas durante o treinamento do classificador de tecido.
