Abstract
MÉTODOS E REAGENTES PARA RESOLVER MISTURAS DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO E POPULAÇÕES DE CÉLULAS MISTAS E APLICAÇÕES ASSOCIADAS REFERÊNCIA CRUZADA A PEDIDOS RELACIONADOS. Métodos e reagentes associados para avaliar e resolver misturas de ácido nucleico e/ou populações de células mistas são aqui divulgados. Algumas modalidades da tecnologia são dirigidas à utilização de Sequenciamento Duplex para avaliar e resolver misturas de ácidos nucleicos (por exemplo, misturas multiquiméricas, misturas de ácidos nucleicos de mais de uma fonte, etc.) em uma amostra e aplicações associadas. Outras modalidades são dirigidas à detecção e quantificação de uma fonte doadora de ácido nucleico de uma mistura.
