Os ditos método, compostos e composições para a prevenção secundára, tratamento ou gerenciamento dietético incluem oloigossacarídeos de leite humano (HMO), preferivelmente misturas de oligossacarídeos de leite humano selecionadas do grupo de 2´-FL, LNnT, LNT, DFL e 6´-SL.
