Abstract
A presente invenção se refere a um método para preparar uma composição hemostática compreendendo trombina, o método compreendendo a etapa de reconstituição de uma trombina seca diretamente em uma pasta, tal como uma pasta compreendendo um polímero biocompatível. A composição hemostática compreendendo trombina pode ser preparada a partir de uma composição de trombina seca e uma pasta em uma operação de etapa única e ser usada para o tratamento de uma ferida.
