Abstract
LIBERAÇÃO TÓPICA E TRANSDÉRMICA DE UM QUELANTE DE FERRO PARA PREVENIR E TRATAR FERIDAS CRÔNICAS.A presente invenção refere-se a um adesivo transdérmico para o tratamento de úlceras de células falciformes. O adesivo pode facilitar a liberação de um quelante de ferro, tal como a DFO. A DFO pode ser encapsulada em uma micela reversa para intensificar a penetração e absorção pela derme. O adesivo pode ser utilizado para acelerar a cicatrização e reduzir a dor associada às úlceras de células falciformes.
