Método para preparar e acabar concreto é divulgado, compreendendo a preparação de uma superfície de cimento por um processo que compreende a adição de mistura, a um misturador / vazador de concreto industrial, de uma formulação que compreende nanossílica, após parte ou toda a água ser combinada e misturada com a mistura de cimento, areia e agregado; seguido por derramamento e flutuação; seguida pela adição, antes ou durante a combinação, à superfície do concreto, de uma formulação que compreende água, um alfa-hidroxiácido, um éter alquílico de glicol e um polietilenoglicol.
