Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema para observação da dissolução dos meios, e/ou o crescimento bacteriano em um saco transparente, compreendendo um receptáculo (3) para apoiar o saco (2), e um dispositivo emissor de luz (4) disposto para transmitir luz para dentro, e/ou através do interior do saco (2) apoiado no receptáculo (3). O meio no saco transparente pode ser visualmente inspecionado, a fim de confirmar o estado de dissolução do meio, e verificar um meio residual não dissolvido, e/ou confirmar a ausência de crescimento microbiano não esperado, sem ter que mover ou manusear o saco, quando ele pode permanecer apoiado em uma orientação definida, no receptáculo durante inspeções visuais repetidas, por meio da luz emitida do dispositivo emissor de luz.
