Um núcleo absorvente compreendendo um material absorvente entre uma folha de invólucro de núcleo superior e uma folha de invólucro de núcleo inferior, o dito núcleo absorvente tendo uma primeira e segunda bordas longitudinais e uma primeira e segunda bordas transversais, em que o núcleo absorvente é provido com pelo menos um primeiro canal alongado, a dita primeira zona de canal possui uma primeira largura (w1) em uma primeira posição e uma segunda largura (w2) em uma segunda posição, em que a primeira largura é maior que a segunda largura.
