Abstract
A presente Invenção refere-se a uma mistura que compreende ou consiste em:(a) um extrato de proteína obtido de glúten de cereal extraído por meio de etanol aquoso, sendo o referido extrato caracterizado por um teor de pelo menos 50% em peso de proteínas com um peso molecular de pelo menos 22 kDa;(b) pelo menos um ácido orgânico; e(c) pelo menos um carreador cosmeticamente aceitável.
