ARTIGO REVESTIDO TENDO UM REVESTIMENTO PROTETOR CONTENDO NITRETO DE SILÍCIO E/OU OXINITRETO DE SILÍCIO.Um artigo revestido inclui um substrato, uma camada funcional sobre pelo menos uma porção do substrato e um revestimento protetor sobre pelo menos uma porção da camada funcional, em que uma camada mais superior da camada funcional é uma camada de óxido de metal e em que o revestimento protetor compreende uma camada de nitreto de metal e uma camada de oxinitreto de metal que está disposta entre e em contato com pelo menos parte da camada de nitreto de metal e a camada de óxido de metal da camada funcional.
