Abstract
"TERAPIA DE COMBINAÇÃO PARA CÂNCER COM COMPLEXO DE ANEL MACROCÍCLICO PENTAAZA E AGENTE ANTICÂNCER À BASE DE PLATINA".A presente invenção refere-se a um método de tratamento de um câncer em um mamífero afligido pelo câncer, consistindo essencialmente na administração ao indivíduo de uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz de um agente anticâncer à base de platina e administração ao indivíduo de uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz de um complexo de anel macrocíclico pentaaza correspondendo à Fórmula (I) abaixo antes da, concomitantemente com, ou após administração do agente anticâncer à base de platina, de maneira que a resposta do câncer ao agente anticâncer à base de platina é aumentada.
