Abstract
"PARTÍCULAS POLIMÉRICAS EXPANCÍVEIS"A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição que compreende uma dispersão aquosa das primeiras partículas poliméricas funcionalizadas com unidades estruturais de metacrilato de t-butila ou acrilato de t-butila e embebidas com um catalisador da Estrutura I, em que R, R1, R2 e R3 são como aqui definidos, e um processo para a produção da composição. A presente invenção também se refere a uma dispersão aquosa de partículas poliméricas de revestimento de núcleo, em que as primeiras partículas poliméricas são encapsuladas em um revestimento com uma Tg alta. As primeiras partículas poliméricas embebidas e as partículas poliméricas de revestimento de núcleo podem ser expandidas no estado seco a temperaturas significativamente mais baixas do que as relatadas na técnica anterior.
