Abstract
NANOPARTÍCULAS ÁCIDAS PARA RESTAURAÇÃO DE AUTOFAGIAEm várias modalidades, são fornecidas novas nanopartículas liberadoras de ácido ativadas por ácido biodegradáveis (acNPs) que são usadas como uma estratégia direcionada para manipular a acidez lisossômica e a autofagia. Essas acNPs baseadas, em certas modalidades, em poliésteres fluorados, são degradadas a pH 6,0 (pH relatado em lisossomos disfuncionais) e liberam ácidos componentes que diminuem ainda mais o pH lisossômico e, assim, aumentam o fluxo autofágico e a função celular dos hepatócitos sob LT. As acNPs podem servir como agente terapêutico na restauração de doenças hepáticas
