Abstract
Uma composição aquosa de detecção de vazamento de fluido corporal, para uso, por exemplo, na detecção intraoperatória de vazamento de fluido pancreático. A composição compreende um agente gelificante, aumentando a viscosidade da composição e espécies tamponantes, a composição dessa forma sendo tamponada. O agente gelificante são microesferas de a-glucana reticulada. Além disso, a composição compreende um indicador de pH. O pH da composição é pelo menos 0,1 unidades de pH inferior ou superior a um pKa do indicador de pH.
