Abstract
A invenção refere-se a uma emulsão óleo em água na qual óleos específicos (por exemplo, óleos láuricos) são usados na fase oleosa, mantendo, surpreendentemente, uma excelente transparência. Em um aspecto, as referidas emulsões compreendem ácido graxo em fase oleosa. A invenção compreende um processo energeticamente eficiente para produzir as referidas nanoemulsões transparentes contendo ácido graxo.
