Abstract
O objeto da presente invenção é um processo para preparar intermediários para a síntese de beta-aminoálcoois opticamente ativos por redução enzimática das correspondentes beta-aminocetonas. É também objeto da invenção novos intermediários de síntese e uso dos mesmos na preparação de ingredientes farmacêuticos ativos, entre os quais vilanterol e sais do mesmo.
