Abstract
A presente invenção se refere a um processo de extrusão por fusão para preparar uma dispersão de sólido que compreende um ingrediente farmaceuticamente ativo, um aglutinante polimérico, e, opcionalmente, um ou mais agentes auxiliares, que compreende a) em uma operação lote a lote, colocar uma quantidade predeterminada do aglutinante polimérico, uma quantidade predeterminada do ingrediente ativo, e, opcionalmente, uma quantidade predeterminada do(s) agente(s) auxiliar(es) em um vaso de fusão; fundir o aglutinante polimérico com agitação para dispersar o ingrediente ativo no aglutinante polimérico para obter uma pré-dispersão fundida; b) alimentar a pré-dispersão no interior de uma extrusora para homogeneizar a pré-dispersão e liberar uma fusão através de um molde; e c) permitir que a fusão solidifique.
