Abstract
É descrito um colchão de molas, compreendendo uma pluralidade de molas helicoidais interconectadas (1) encerradas em invólucros (2), formando assim um colchão de molas ensacadas. Para pelo menos uma das molas, as porções de invólucro arranjadas nas extremidades da mola são movidas uma em direção à outra, através da mola e interconectadas com o auxílio de meios de conexão, como uma solda. Além disso, as porções de invólucro nas extremidades da mola compreendem uma abertura através da mola. Por este meio, o invólucro forma um formato toroidal ou anular encerrando a mola.
