Abstract
FORMA DE DOSAGEM DE INFUSÃO INTRAVENOSA PARA PEMETREXEDA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma forma farmacêutica de infusão intravenosa compreendendo: uma solução aquosa de pemetrexede ou seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável em uma concentração variando de 1,0 mg/ml a 20,0 mg/ml contido em um recipiente de infusão em plástico flexível de camadas múltiplas, caracterizado pelo fato que o recipiente de infusão em plástico flexível de camadas múltiplas possui uma camada sequestrante de oxigênio imprensada entre uma camada mais externa e uma camada mais interna do recipiente, sendo o recipiente livre de poliamida e caracterizado pelo fato que o recipiente de infusão em plástico flexível de camadas múltiplas preenchido com a solução aquosa de pemetrexede é autoclavável.
