Abstract
A matéria inventiva fornece composições e métodos para produção de composições de taxano oral de alta dose e de alta biodisponibilidade. Taxanos orais são preparados como uma dispersão sólida amorfa, e podem ser fornecidos em uma forma de tablete compactado. Surpreendentemente, a biodisponibilidade oral de taxanos preparados e fornecidos nesta matéria é alta, mesmo na ausência de agentes tensoativos.
