Abstract
São reveladas aqui composições herbicidas que compreendem uma quantidade herbicidamente eficaz de (a) um herbicida de ácido carboxílico de piridina ou um N-óxido agricolamente aceitável, sal ou éster do mesmo e (b) um inibidor de fotossistema II ou um sal ou éster agricolamente aceitável do mesmo. São, ainda, revelados aqui, métodos para controlar a vegetação indesejável que compreendem aplicar à vegetação, ou uma área adjacente à vegetação, ou aplicar ao solo ou água para impedir o surgimento ou desenvolvimento de vegetação (a) um herbicida de ácido carboxílico de piridina ou um N-óxido agricolamente aceitável, sal ou éster do mesmo e (b) um inibidor de fotossistema II ou um sal ou éster agricolamente aceitável do mesmo, em que (a) e (b) são, cada um, adicionados em uma quantidade suficiente para fornecer um efeito herbicida.
