O invólucro inferior (3) temum corpo de invólucro inferior (31) em um formato substancialmentecilíndrico, uma parte de flange (32) que se projeta radialmente para fora apartir de uma superfície periférica externa do corpo de invólucro inferior(31), e seções ocas (321) formadas sobre uma superfície periférica externada parte de flange (32). Uma pluralidade das seções ocas (321) é formadaem intervalos iguais em uma direção circunferencial na superfície periféricaexterna da parte de flange (32).
