Abstract
Trata-se de um método de produção de um painel estrutural acústico de aeronave (10) que começa com a preformação de um laminado alveolar de núcleo (12) que tem espuma preformada (3) ligada dentro de células (14) da mesma por um adesivo distinto (2). O laminado alveolar preformado (12) é então empilhado entre laminados externos estruturais de topo e de fundo opostos (16,18). O laminado alveolar empilhado (12) e laminados estruturais externos (16,18) são então comprimidos entre si sob calor e pressão em um painel estrutural unitário (10) que tem o laminado alveolar de núcleo (12) integralmente ligado entre revestimentos externos (20,22). Os laminados externos (16,18) podem incluir septos acústicos imperfurados (4) que limitam o laminado alveolar de núcleo (12) seguido por um conjunto de alvéolos externo (5) e camadas de fibras estruturais (6,7,8) que definem os revestimentos externos (20,22).
