Abstract
A lignina é recuperada a partir da biomassa ou subprodutos do processamento de biomassa através do uso de solventes orgânicos e água enquanto modifica a forma ou composição da lignina. Durante o processo de separação e recuperação, a lignina pode ser modificada ou integrada em uma forma mais adequada ao uso pretendido. Como a lignina é suspensa ou é solúvel no solvente orgânico, a integração de materiais ou reagentes pode ser mais facilmente misturada ou dispersa na lignina para melhorar o desempenho, a qualidade e a eficiência geral da produção.
