Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a anticorpos monoclonais humanizados ou seus fragmentos de ligação a antígeno que se ligam especificamente ao receptor CD40 humano e induzem a sinalização de CD40 independente da reticulação do receptor CD40 mediado por Fc¿. Os anticorpos da presente invenção se ligam a um epitopo CD40 que se sobrepõe ao epitopo do ligante CD40 e podem ativar APCs humanas. A presente invenção também fornece composições compreendendo os referidos anticorpos e usos para os anticorpos e as composições no tratamento de pacientes que sofrem de câncer.
