Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a composições e métodos novos e eficazes para promover o crescimento de plantas fotossintéticas verdes, particularmente plantas superiores. O método baseia-se na aplicação de compostos que compreendem água infundida com dióxido de carbono como um pulverizador foliar para a planta e suas folhas, onde o composto aumenta os níveis intracelulares de dióxido de carbono em uma quantidade suficiente para inibir a fotorrespiração dentro das células da planta e, assim, melhorar o crescimento da planta.
