As composições extrudadas compreendem um ou mais polímeros adequados e são preparadas utilizando uma extrusão de parafuso duplo ou extrusão a quente. Métodos de preparação de tais composições também são fornecidos. As composições extrudadas podem ser utilizadas para o tratamento do câncer de próstata.
