Abstract
A presente invenção se refere a uma composição sinérgica compreendendo um extrato seco de planta de gênero Galeopsis e um composto promovendo autofagia selecionado a partir de R-N1-espermidina ou como um sal da mesma, em que R é hidrogênio ou metil, biotina e misturas das mesmas. As composições sinérgicas em concordância com a presente invenção podem estar na forma de uma formulação tópica ou formulação oral e são úteis como um promotor de autofagia, especialmente em células de folículos capilares do couro cabeludo humano e em promoção de crescimento de cabelo (crescimento capilar) e/ou no tratamento de queda de cabelo ou de perda de cabelo.
