A presente invenção se refere ainda a uma composição de alimento compreendendo o enchimento à base de gordura da presente invenção. A presente invenção se refere ainda ao uso de farelo de cereal micronizado, em particular farelo de trigo micronizado, para reduzir o teor de açúcar de um enchimento à base de gordura.
