Abstract
A presente divulgação refere-se a moléculas de proteína que se ligam especificamente a 5T4 e/ou 4-1BB. As moléculas podem ter pelo menos um domínio de ligação 5T4 ou de ligação a 4-1BB humanizado. Tais moléculas são úteis para o tratamento de câncer. A molécula de proteína que se liga a 5T4 ou 4-1BB pode ter um segundo domínio de ligação que se liga a outro alvo. As moléculas podem ligar a ambas as células que expressam 5T4 e uma molécula de superfície celular expressa por uma célula efetora para melhorar a ativação, proliferação, sobrevivência e/ou citotoxicidade mediada por células efetoras. A divulgação também fornece composições farmacêuticas compreendendo as moléculas de proteína ou polipeptídeo de ligação a 5T4 ou 4-1BB, moléculas de ácido nucleico que codificam esses polipeptídeos e métodos de produção e utilização dessas moléculas.
