Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a métodos e composições para tratar cânceres, doenças inflamatórias, rasopatias e doenças fibróticas que envolvem sinalização anormal de superfamília Ras através da ligação de compostos ao domínio de ligação a GTP de proteínas da superfamília Ras, incluindo, em certos casos, K-Ras e mutantes do mesmo, e um método inovador para avaliar tais composições.
