Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema mecânico (1) que compreende um mancal (4) e um eixo (10) acoplado ao mancal (4), especificamente para um motor de combustão interna, sendo submetido a pressões de contato médias menores que 200 MPa. O eixo (10) tem pelo menos uma área (12) provida de um revestimento de superfície antigripagem (20), com uma dureza de superfície pelo menos o dobro daquela do mancal (4), e uma microtexturização (30) compreendida em um conjunto de microcavidades individuais (31) distribuídas na dita área (12). A invenção também se refere a um método para fabricação de tal sistema mecânico (1).
